Shipping is done via USPS or UPS ground service unless premium service is requested. In-stock items are shipped within 72 hours of date of order and customers will be notified via e-mail if items are out of stock or will be delayed in shipping.

Return Policy: any item may be returned for full credit or replacement for any reason. We will pay for shipping in case of flaw in product or service. Shipping will be at customer's expense if the return is the result of other reasons.
