Last year at this time we still had literal tons of snow piled up around the city and the final "snow farm" did not officially melt completely until July 13, 2015. What a difference a year makes! We went from having record breaking snowfall in 2014-2015 to one of the shortest winters with very little snow in 2016. In keeping with the weather we are getting a jump on spring. We powered through the holidays, regrouped during January and February and are hitting the ground running this March. Plans we made during the quieter months are coming to fruition with lots of new additions to our lines and many more to come. Since customers love our dog breed socks by Wheel House Designs so much we decided to add more breeds. It's hard to keep up with but we don't want to leave anyone out either. Cat socks are back and cat owners are happily curling up their toes in these new styles.
Of course it's March so we brought in a bunch of cool socks for St. Patrick's Day. Boston is known as the best city to celebrate St. Patty's Day in (according to the Boston Globe!) and we wouldn't want anyone to be without fun socks for a pub crawl, the parade or showing off your Irish heritage (or just showing off). We've got knee high socks in white or black with shamrocks made in USA by Red Lion Products, multi green striped over the knee highs and plenty of styles for men, too, from K.Bell. Put on your lucky socks and have some fun on March 17 no matter where you celebrate!
You might have noticed that it's an election year. Really? How can you tell? No matter who you choose, do your bit and get out and vote! We've got VOTE socks from Gumball Poodle to show what a good citizen you are. If you really want to show how you feel we've also got candidate socks from Gumball Poodle. We love their socks and know you will, too. They are super funny and cool but also have great style and quality. Don't be shy - express yourself in the original statement socks.
There's a lot more to come with new styles and colors in shorts, shirts, sweats, socks and boxers. The sun is shining, the birds are singing and we're welcoming an early Spring in Boston. Stop by when you're in town, we'd love to say hey in person.
