Sock it to Me Boston ships from Boston, MA via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail with tracking within the Continental U.S. Shipping charges are $3.99 for each order up to $19.99, $7.99 for orders of $20.00 or more. Priority Mail shipping is $11.99 per order and is 1-4 business days in transit.
We ship in-stock items within 48 hours. You will receive an email including your tracking number when your item ships. If there is a delay in shipping or your item is out of stock you will be notified via email and given the option of cancelling the order and receiving a full refund.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason you may exchange new, unworn merchandise or return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns/exchanges will be accepted through January 31, 2019 for items purchased between 11/1/18 and 12/31/18.If there is a problem with defective merchandise or we shipped the wrong item, we will credit you for return shipping, otherwise customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items may be returned the most economical way in your own packaging with a copy of your packing list and a note with your instructions.
