Sock it to Me Boston ships from Boston, MA via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail with tracking within the Continental U.S. Shipping charges are $3.99 for orders up to $19.99, $7.99 for orders of $20.00 or more. Priority Mail shipping is $11.99 per order and is 1-4 business days in transit. The closer your delivery destination is to Boston, the sooner you will receive your order.
We ship in-stock items within 24 hours. You will receive an email including your tracking number when your item ships. If there is a delay in shipping or your item is out of stock you will be notified via email and given the option of cancelling the order and receiving a full refund.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase (in-store or online) for any reason you may exchange new, unworn merchandise or return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If there is a problem with defective merchandise or we shipped the wrong item, we will send you a return shipping label, otherwise customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items may be returned the most economical way in your own packaging including a note with your instructions.
